Healthcare Dining Assistant Training
Healthcare Dining Assistant training includes 16 hours of education regarding dining and hydration techniques and concepts, communication and interpersonal skills, recognizing and reporting changes, safety and emergency procedures, infection control, general food safety, and resident rights including abuse and neglect.
Upon successful completion of the training, an individual may deliver trays and assist residents with dining in a skilled nursing facility. Those who take on this role are valuable members of the team as their assistance allows for certified and licensed staff to focus more of their attention on other required tasks and duties.


Nursing Assistant Training
RVM’s onsite Nursing Assistant training course provides students with the opportunity to participate in an Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) approved training course and to benefit from a state-of-the-art learning environment. By the end of the Nursing Assistant course, students will have the confidence and skills necessary to provide compassionate care, contribute positively to healthcare teams, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents in skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care. Upon graduation of the training course, students will be qualified to take the OSBN Nursing Assistant exam to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Medication Aide Training
